United States Shipping:

Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm PST should be received within 6-8 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Our Grind Or Fail Hoodies and T-Shirts are made to order for each customer order, please give us 2 weeks to ship you order out to you.

All orders (Excluding Pre-Order Items & PICK-UP @ Store Orders) take 4-5 business days to process before shipping.

Flat Rate Shipping for US/domestic orders is $6.99. ​

*Order Pick Up & Shipping Policy For Local Online Orders:
**For customers placing online orders (excluding pre-orders) in local areas (Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, North Lauderdale, Deerfield, Oakland Park, Margate, Wilton Manors, Coconut Creek, etc.) within 30-35 miles radius of our mobile store location (Pompano Beach, Fl) and surrounding those areas will be required to come pick up their online orders from our pop up shop location. We are impacting this in our shipping policy due to the fact customers within those local surrounding areas have been issuing fraudulent charges. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused our customers, please to know we are doing all we can to make it convenient for our supporters/customers to shop with us.

Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm PST should be received the next business day if stay in the Florida Cities: Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, Deerfield Beach, etc. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Other US Territories and Countries:

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within three business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Your Super is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception/receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items or any other items purchased, please refer to the above first sentence where it states "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!"
Exchanges (will not be accepted)
If you looking to exchange an item you recieved, we reccommend the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to refer to the size chart and item you are looking to buy, once you purchase the item, the sell is final and we can make any returns or exchanges if the package or item is open. For an exchange of an item you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
