FAQ

I’ve found the item I want but can’t select my size.

 

If you can't select  your size, it means we are currently out of stock at the moment. While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Items that are backordered will be indicated in your confirmation.

Where is my Order?

 

Wondering where your order is? First things first: have you had your confirmation email with order number? If yes, then there’s no need to worry, your order’s on its way. You can track your order in the box above, using the order number from your confirmation email we sent.

Can’t find your confirmation email? Don’t panic! Sometimes, your confirmation email can slip into your junk or spam folder. If you’ve double checked your inbox and your spam folder and you still can’t find your confirmation email, then your order is still at our warehouse or still in processing . Once you receive the confirmation email, you can track it yourself via the link in the email, USPS Tracking or by using the "track my order” section at the top of this page.

If you don't have your order number with you, grab it by logging into your account here and heading to the 'Order History' section.

Part of my order is missing

 

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Support Team, we recommend checking the following:

 

We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
You can also check if your order has been split into more than one package by logging into 'My Account' and checking 'My Orders'.
The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock. It's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.
If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

What payment types do you accept?

 

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, ApplePay, and prepaid debit cards.

Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf.

When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account.

When will I receive my refund?

 

 

If you looking for a refund for items that never available or delivered to you, we do offer refunds for situations like that.

 

Waiting for a refund can be frustrating but please be patient. A typical refund will take up to 7-12 days; depending on your bank whos processing it through theri banking system.

 

Since we don't accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final, we don't offer refunds for those situations.

 

When your refund is processed on our end, you will receive an email letting you know refund has begun and will be refunded back to your bank card, from this it’s up to 7-12 days to show in your bank statement, but this is dependent on your bank processing time.

 

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your Junkie Jett Customer account.

 

We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as we have processed your refund.

 

All sales are FINAL! Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

Can I track my order ?

 

All deliveries within USA are sent with a trackable delivery service.
We'll send you a link with your tracking information once your package has left out for delivery.


If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please allow until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.


If your items are coming from our personal location, they'll all have the same order number. However, bear in mind that tracking numbers and delivery times may differ depending on where your items have been shipped from. There are a few items we sell that are coming from a different location, so delivery times may vary. You'll see an individual tracking link for each package. 


You can also track your orders by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just log into 'My Account' and view your most recent orders. Click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.
